Drowned deep in own self
Depression comes when something is wrong with you. Depression comes when there is someone or something you miss. It comes when there is something you really miss. That is why depression comes and the sequences may be the most terrible sequences. Depression may be of different kinds but the most terrible kind is the deepest one. It is when something is wrong in your life and it hurts so much that you can’t even speak about it. All you can to is to apply efforts to burry this feeling and this pain that comes with the feeling. Though, the harder you are trying the deeper you go. You go deep into yourself and you undergo a risk never to get out of there. This is the kind of depression when person is drowned deep in own self and there is nothing except pain and loneliness there. And so, when depressed person is deepened down to such a self nothing good will happen and the bad will. It takes a person one really cares about to get this person out of the deepness. In case he or she won’t get out of there this depression may last for a very long time.
Post-natal depression
They sat baby is happiness and it is a gift of good and there is no another wonder in this world except the baby. And some people really trust in the whole stuff and they really want babies and they really need babies to make them happy. Though, if there is a coin there are always two sides of it and sometimes it happens that baby brings not only happiness into lives of people but also sadness and the name for this sadness is post-natal depression. The post-natal depression may be gone just like that but may also develop into great problems for mom and kid and dad also. Post-natal depression means that woman is not satisfied with those changes she has in her life. See, when she is pregnant nothing is really changed in her life, but when the baby is out things are way different than they were. There is a baby she has to feed and there is a baby that cries at night and you have to do something to calm it down but you don’t know what to do. In most cases the main reason for post-natal depression is the idea that woman will be a bad mother.

Great depression
The Great Depression was a time that most of us can’t remember because we weren’t there. Some of us have heard first hand accounts via parents or grandparents, but we were not part of one of the worst times in history. While we are very careful about the word right now, one can’t help but think we might be entering the second Great Depression. With joblessness and homelessness at a record high, what makes it any less of a depression than the last one?
The government passed a few laws that would bail out the stock market should another depression threaten us, and there are a few other laws that are set in place to help stimulate the economy to prevent another depression. But the feeling in the air and the looks on the faces of the unemployed is a modern version of a depression. We want the government to fix it and we want them to fix it fast. The tipping point, according to many experts on the Great Depression, was that this depression was started over the summer with fuel prices that cut into every single industry imaginable. Who said war was good for the economy?
As we look around at our neighbors and we watch homes go one the market and sit empty for months on end, we all have the same depression like fear that hit in the thirties. For our fear we have been caught by a government that is trying but can only do so much. The real strength lies in our humanity. The real strength of the Great Depression wasn’t in the economic loss but the way people had to turn on each other. Our choice for this depression is: are we going to do the same or are we going to learn from history?

Seasonal Depression
Depression in the middle of winter is not a sign of chemical imbalance but a simple sign of ingrained survival. While the weather turns cold and the winds turn brutal, depression is a survival skill of the body. When the body was designed, it wasn’t crafted to live in perfectly tropical climates all the time, but it had some mechanisms for surviving the brutal winters that it faced without the convenience of gas heat. Depression was one of those survival mechanisms. Depression is the one element that can make a body slow down emotionally and physically. It is the one force that can make one want to sleep all the time while actually slowing down the mechanical functions of the body. It drags the desire to get up and run and play out of you. When you are under winter’s watchful eye, you can imagine what our ancestors of yester—decades went through and how tough winter was on their bodies. They certainly weren’t privy to car seat warmers.
Depression can be nothing more than the body’s natural way of slowing everything down to battle against the elements. Unfortunately, many of us do not recognize that the mid winter blues just means that we are still connected to mankind from many centuries ago through our inherent body design. Even with modern conveniences, the mind and the body still slow down in order to cope effectively with shorter hours of day light and mind numbing chills that sweep us away. Depression becomes your mid winter friend to help you survive and not to create more issues for you.
